We have signed contracts for the performance of preparing formal documents and building works to rebuild landing sites for rescue helicopters located in LUBIN and in KWIDZYN in order to modernize and adapt to the current regulations.

In recent weeks, Heli Factor has signed contracts with subsidiaries of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA from Wrocław for the implementation of preparing formal documents and building works to reconstruct the landing pads for rescue helicopters located in LUBIN (a landing pad on the hospital roof) and in KWIDZYN (ground landing pad) in order to modernize and adaptation to current regulations:

• preparation of design documentation along with obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits for the performance of works;

• execution of construction and installation works;

• update of the landing field registration documentation (including Rescue Plans and Operating Instructions) along with submitting an application for updating the landing field registration to the Civil Aviation Office;

• start-up the landing field (including collection with the Polish Medical Air Rescue).

The expected completion date is the turn of 2022/2023.

The total value of both Agreements, excluding the works indicated as options: PLN 890,247.28 gross.
