We signed a contract with The Walbrzych City Municipal Council for the building of an observation tower

The Heli Factor company continues to develop its engineering competences and signed an Agreement with the City of Wałbrzych for the construction of an observation tower H=37 m above sea level, along with land development and technical infrastructure, on a hill in the park. John III Sobieski in Wałbrzych. The scope of the study includes the observation tower along with the development of the area directly adjacent to the tower, including:

  • pedestrian access to the observation tower leading from the existing park paths,
  • equipping the area around the tower with elements of small architecture: an information and regulation board, park benches and waste bins.

The construction of the foundations is over 600 m3 of reinforced concrete in the form of a foundation slab and walls extending above the ground finished in the form of architectural concrete. In turn, the weight of the steel structure is over 200 tons.

The tower’s entrance platform and the +1 platform located directly above it will be finished from the outside with a cover made of expanded metal in the color of natural steel. The ramp also has a balustrade filled with mesh in the color of natural steel. The main tower will be covered with expanded corten steel mesh.
The facility will be equipped with architectural lighting (illumination) and video monitoring telecommunication systems and visitor counting gates.

The duration of the Agreement is up to 13 months, and the value of the Agreement is PLN 8,277,000.00 net + tax VAT due).
