HELI FACTOR (General Contractor) signed Agreements with PKP S.A. (Investor) regarding redevelopments and modernization of railway stations located in: TRAWNIKI in Lubelskie Province (Świdnik District) and CELESTYNÓW in Mazowieckie Province (Otwocki District).
The total value of the signed contracts is PLN 13,234,000.00 net (PLN 16,277,820.00 gross) and the implementation period is up to 64 weeks.
Both railway stations are entered in the register of monuments, therefore, apart from the installation in the buildings of, among others, modern passenger information systems SDIP, Access Control, PSIM management, BMS, SSWiN, CCTV, public address system, clock system, SOS, etc., works will also focus on adapting the facilities for the disabled, reconstruction and strengthening of the structure of walls, roof trusses, ceilings, foundations, replacement of woodwork, redevelopment of cash registers, waiting rooms, service premises, but also rooms with an educational function. And all this while respecting the conservation guidelines so that the buildings regain their historic architectural decor and appearance.
It is worth mentioning here that Heli Factor, as the Consortium Leader, together with Merx (Partner) under another contract, has already completed for PKP S.A. several railway stations in the formula of the Innovative System Station (IDS) in the “Design and Build” mode, including stations located in: Kanie, Kraśnik, Sadurki, Świdnik, Dobczyn, Barchów, Chrzęsne, Pobiedziska Letnisko, Biskupice, Janikowo, Czarna Tarnowska, Gorzkowice , Rogów, Wilkoszewice, Biadoliny, Sterkowiec and, as a subcontractor of Merx, also participates in the redevelopment of the stations in Jastarnia, Jaktorów and Płochocin.
