A consortium of HELI FACTOR (Leader) & MAAT4 (Partner) companies has signed an agreement with the Polish Border Guard Unit for the construction of a 70 m high observation tower located on the border with Belarus. The tower will be equipped with a number of electronic and optoelectronic systems monitoring and scanning the border strip, and the facility itself will be secured with the following systems: guaranteed power supply (aggregates, UPS), electronic security and monitoring systems (perimeter security, access control, CCTV, SSWiN, SSP ), technical monitoring, data transmission systems based on radio links, VHF communication.
It is worth noting that this is the 6th observation tower implemented by Heli Factor for the Border Guard in the last few years.
The value of the Agreement is PLN 5,689,000.00 net (PLN 6,997,470.00 gross) and the completion date is November 30, 2023.
