Today, Heli Factor has signed a contract with representatives of the Specialist West Hospital in Grodzisk Mazowiecki for the building of a 24-hour, helipad on the roof for rescue helicopters.
Helipad will be built over the roof of the hospital building in the form of a circular reinforced concrete slab supported on reinforced concrete pillars supported on the supporting structure of the building. Along with the helipad, the necessary technical infrastructure, an energy installation, a fire-fighting water installation and a rainwater sewage system with a separator for separating petroleum substances will be constructed, and in this:
– superstructure of two existing staircases to the level of the helipad,
– building of a new elevator shaft along with the development of a new elevator,
– fire protection installation consisting of a water supply system, tank, hydrophore, distribution system and fire extinguishing devices
– expansion of internal installations and drainage of the helipad,
– modern navigation and guidance lighting system in LED technology.
The scope entrusted to Heli Factor is also to obtain a decision on entering the helipad into the register of landing fields at the Civil Aviation Office and developing an operational manual.
The contractual completion date for the entire investment is the end of November 2023. The total value of the contract is PLN 6,500,000.00 net (PLN 7,995,000.00 gross).
